Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or 10–12 years of comparable experience.
• MBA preferred.
• 3+ years of supervisory experience and P&L oversight.

Responsibilities

• Delivers overall performance and results for the CSC.
• Collaborates with leaders to align CSC plans with business goals.
• Ensures the CSC is a customer-centric team focused on strong partnerships.
• Develops CSC plans and priorities per regional guidance and SOPs.
• Communicates company values and objectives while encouraging feedback.
• Reviews budgets and develops the annual operating plan.
• Develops short and long-range business plans to increase revenues and margins.
• Directs and develops CSC staff to perform independently.
• Builds the company image by collaborating with customers and community partners.
• Creates a culture of safety while providing high-quality service.
• Identifies key safety issues and takes corrective action.
• Meets with school district administrators to review quality and performance.
• Enhances customer relationships to ensure retention.
• Supports sales with data and process in pursuit of new business.
• Upholds ethics and integrity and reports concerns appropriately.
• Other duties as assigned.
