Qualifications

• 8+ years in high tech manufacturing environments.
• Operate complex crystal growth, coating or precision machining equipment.
• Strong understanding of process execution and impact on reliability and delivery.
• Experience with controlled documentation and deviation management.
• Troubleshooting capability with manufacturing equipment.
• Mechanical aptitude for precision equipment.
• Proficiency in data entry systems and Microsoft Office.
• Detail-oriented and safety-focused.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, verify, and document raw materials, process parameters and operating conditions per procedures.
• Assemble and inspect furnaces to ensure operability and compliance to process documents.
• Set up, operate, and monitor CZ growth systems for SGGG production and provide production support.
• Identify, report and respond to process drift, equipment instability, or infrastructure-related interruptions.
• Execute controlled process recipes per engineering guidance.
• Record process data, deviations, and observations in controlled documentation systems.
• Participate in root-cause investigations related to yield loss and equipment stability.
• Train and mentor junior technicians; review setups for procedural compliance.
• Maintain adherence to safe operating practices and EH&S directives.
