Job summary

Climate Inc. is seeking a Senior Crypto Treasury Operations Specialist to own day-to-day digital asset treasury activities. You will be the operational backbone of a newly formed function, coordinating with custodians and exchanges to execute, settle, and secure corporate digital assets.

You will lead the design of workflows, manage custody relationships, and report on position, P&L, and exposure, while ensuring AML/KYC compliance and robust audit trails.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of operational digital asset experience in treasury, fund, exchange, or custody.
• Proven record executing high-value trades on major exchanges via institutional custodians.
• Deep knowledge of wallet infrastructure, lifecycle, gas mechanics, and security (MPC, multisig).
• Experience with OTC execution and best-execution for large sizes.
• Strong understanding of US crypto regulatory context (FinCEN, travel rule, custody rules).
• Meticulous, process-driven with strict checklists and audit trails.

Responsibilities

• Execute and settle digital asset transfers, conversions, and hedges under dual-control and maker-checker.
• Manage custody relationships with providers like Fireblocks, Anchorage, Coinbase Custody, BitGo.
• Operate across venues with major exchanges and OTC desks for liquidity and execution.
• Hedging support coordinated with Director of Digital Assets (futures, perps, structured instruments).
• Perform daily reconciliation and produce position, P&L, and exposure reports for finance and leadership.
• Maintain AML/KYC, travel rule, record-keeping and strengthen SOPs and audit trails.
• Respond to transaction anomalies and security events, coordinating with custodians and stakeholders.
