Ripple in Miami, FL is seeking a Senior Ripple Trading and Markets Analyst to join a fast-paced team building world-class crypto financial solutions. You will help drive execution in digital asset markets and collaborate across functions to craft innovative trading capabilities.

You’ll price, quote, and execute trades, support client campaigns, monitor algorithmic execution and market-making activity, and ensure operational rigor through strong communication and analysis.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to handle RFQs and grow client relationships.
• Familiarity with algorithmic trading and market-making strategies.
• Strong communication and analytical skills, with a focus on operational rigor and collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Assist in pricing, quoting, and accomplishing trades across digital asset and crypto/fiat pairs.
• Support sales campaigns by managing client calls and converting relationships into trading flow.
• Monitor algorithmic execution and market-making activity, identifying and addressing anomalies.
