Job summary

Blockworks is seeking a Senior Data Engineer to design and drive data models and strategies feeding our products. You will architect data warehousing, ingestion, and ETL, collaborating with the broader engineering team to evolve data pipelines and schemas.

You will lead data-related projects in a fast-paced crypto startup, promoting scalability, sustainability, and reliability across systems.

Qualifications

• Crypto native with deep knowledge of the crypto industry.
• Hands-on experience with data modeling, schema design, and data warehousing.
• Experience building backend data systems at scale.

Responsibilities

• Own data sourcing pipelines and data warehousing strategy.
• Design and implement ETL solutions across multiple sources.
• Provide technical leadership and guidance to the team.
• Improve data workflows and automate routine tasks.
• Collaborate with Research, Product, and Engineering.
