High Precision Devices, a FormFactor company, in Boulder, CO, is seeking a Senior Applications Engineer for Cryogenic Test & Measurement. You will serve as the technical bridge to customers, installing and optimizing cryogenic wafer probing systems for semiconductor and quantum applications.

The role emphasizes RF, low-noise electrical measurements, and collaboration with engineering teams to deliver robust measurement solutions. Travel and customer-facing engagement are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering, physics, applied physics, or related field.
• 5+ years in semiconductor test, RF measurement, cryogenic systems, or related instrumentation.
• Strong understanding of semiconductor device physics and electrical characterization techniques.
• Experience with RF and microwave measurements through at least 18 GHz.
• Experience with automated test systems and data acquisition.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer application support and deploy customized measurement solutions using cryogenic wafer probing platforms.
• Install, configure, and optimize measurement solutions; support on-site and remote installations and training.
• Troubleshoot measurement systems and interface between customers and internal engineering teams.
