Job summary

AtriCure, Inc. is seeking a Cryo Nerve Block Clinical Specialist to support field sales in the operating room and related departments, driving adoption of cryo nerve block therapies.

The role involves hands-on training for surgical teams and direct collaboration with physicians during procedures. The ideal candidate has an undergraduate technical or scientific degree, experience in or with hospital settings, strong communication skills, and the ability to travel 40-60% across territories.

Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree in technical or scientific field or experience equivalence.
• B2B or outside sales experience is highly desired.
• Experience working in an Operating Room, or hospital setting preferred, but not required.
• Ability to communicate and collaborate effectively with people across all levels.
• Ability to travel 40-60%, dependent upon territory.
• Ability to pass account and hospital credentialing.

Responsibilities

• Support field sales in the cardiothoracic operating room and related departments to drive institutional therapy adoption of the cryo nerve block procedure.
• Training of surgical and OR staff personnel in the use of company pain management devices.
• Guidance and support for physicians during live surgical procedures, and utilization and/or operation of company technology.
• Follow-up with surgeon and staff on patient outcomes related to Cryo Nerve Block Therapy.
