Job summary

AtriCure, Inc. in Mason, OH is seeking a Cryo Nerve Block Clinical Specialist to support field sales in the operating room and related departments.

This role trains surgical teams, guides physicians during live procedures, and tracks patient outcomes while traveling 40–60% of the time. The successful candidate will have an undergraduate technical or scientific degree, sales experience preferred, and the ability to obtain hospital credentialing.

Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree in technical or scientific field or equivalent experience.
• B2B or outside sales experience desired.
• Experience in an Operating Room or hospital setting preferred.
• Ability to travel 40-60% with territory duties.
• Ability to pass hospital credentialing and accounts.

Responsibilities

• Support field sales in the operating room to drive adoption of cryo nerve block devices.
• Train OR staff and surgeons on device use and operation.
• Provide guidance and support for physicians during live procedures.
• Follow up with surgeons on patient outcomes related to Cryo Nerve Block Therapy.

What Impact You Can Make as a Cryo Nerve Block Clinical Specialist

Support field sales in the cardiothoracic operating room and related departments in order to drive institutional therapy adoption of the cryo nerve block procedure.

• Support during surgical procedures where company pain management devices are utilized
• Training of surgical and OR staff personnel in the use of company pain management devices
• Guidance and support for physicians during live surgical procedures, and utilization and/or operation of company technology
• Follow-up with surgeon and staff on patient outcomes related to Cryo Nerve Block Therapy

What You Bring

• Undergraduate degree in technical or scientific field or experience equivalence
• B2B or outside sales experience is highly desired
• Experience working in an Operating Room, or hospital setting either through industry or clinical setting preferred, but not required
• Ability to communicate and collaborate effectively with people across all levels
• Ability to travel 40-60%, dependent upon territory
• Ability to pass account and hospital credentialing
