Job summary

AtriCure, Inc. in Dallas, TX, is seeking a Cryo Nerve Block Clinical Specialist to support field sales in the cardiothoracic operating room and related departments, driving adoption of cryo nerve block therapies and providing hands-on expertise during procedures.

The successful candidate will train OR staff, guide physicians in using company devices, and collaborate with sales teams to deliver outcomes data and follow-up with surgeons.

Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree in technical or scientific field or experience equivalence.
• B2B or outside sales experience highly desired.
• Experience working in an Operating Room or hospital setting preferred, but not required.
• Ability to travel 40-60%, depending upon territory.
• Ability to pass account and hospital credentialing.

Responsibilities

• Support field sales in the cardiothoracic operating room and related departments to drive institutional therapy adoption of the cryo nerve block procedure.
• Training of surgical and OR staff personnel in the use of company pain management devices.
• Guidance and support for physicians during live surgical procedures, and utilization and/or operation of company technology.
• Follow-up with surgeon and staff on patient outcomes related to Cryo Nerve Block Therapy.

• Ability to communicate and collaborate effectively with people across all levels
• Ability to travel 40-60%, dependent upon territory
• Ability to pass account and hospital credentialing
