Job summary

The Federal Reserve Bank of Chicago is seeking a Senior Examiner to join the Community Banks supervision team. You will lead and participate in examinations, serving as Examiner-In-Charge and assessing overall condition, risk management, and compliance.

Collaboration with Reserve Banks, the Board of Governors, and other regulators is essential. You bring a bachelor's degree and 7+ years of experience; commission is preferred or you will join the Commissioning Program.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• Seven plus years of direct work-related experience.
• Commission preferred or start the Examiner Commissioning Program (ECP).
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
• Excellent written and oral communication abilities.

Responsibilities

• Leads and participates in examinations and acts as Examiner-In-Charge (EIC).
• Develops examination plans, timelines, and milestones for complex examinations.
• Creates reports and correspondence for stakeholders.
• Builds relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including other Reserve Banks and regulators.
• Provides coaching and technical guidance to staff.
