Job summary

YES Communities seeks a Project Manager to guide cross-functional initiatives from concept through implementation and transition. You will own scope, schedule, budget, risks, and communications to deliver measurable business value.

Ideal candidates have 3–5 years of progressive PM experience, a related bachelor’s degree, and strong planning, risk, and stakeholder skills. PMP/CAPM credentials are a plus, with experience across departments and Monday.com or HubSpot as useful tools.

Qualifications

3–5 years of progressively responsible project management experience.
Experience leading projects through planning, execution, implementation and closeout.
Experience managing multiple concurrent, cross-functional initiatives.
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations, Project Management, or a related field.
PMP, CAPM, or other recognized project management certification preferred.

Responsibilities

Lead assigned projects and initiatives through the full project lifecycle from intake to closeout.
Define and manage project scope, goals, deliverables, milestones, schedules, budgets, and resources.
Develop and maintain actionable project plans and monitor tasks and dependencies.
Manage multiple projects concurrently, ensuring timely, high-quality delivery within commitments.
