Job summary

Booz Allen Hamilton is seeking a Senior Cross Domain Systems Engineer to lead an engineering team in designing and deploying cross-domain solutions for national security missions.

You will translate customer needs into technical specifications, plan system delivery, and coordinate accreditation efforts while advancing data policies and security practices. A TS/SCI clearance and IAT II certification within 6 months are required.

Qualifications

• Experience developing requirements at capability and system levels (hardware, software, interfaces)
• Experience producing technical deliverables for system delivery or deployment
• Experience with Atlassian Suite (Jira/Confluence) and ServiceNow for collaboration and tracking
• Knowledge of RMF and system accreditation processes
• Ability to plan delivery efforts including schedules, resources and risk tracking
• Active TS/SCI clearance; willingness to take a polygraph
• DoD 8570.1 IAT Level II certification within 6 months of start date

Responsibilities

• Lead an engineering team in the development and deployment of cross‑domain solutions
• Capture, translate, and manage user and security requirements
• Coordinate system integration, testing, and fielding activities
• Support RMF accreditation efforts and security improvements
• Guide data flow design, data schemas, and access control policies
• Drive user training and adoption of new CDS products
