About The Job

Reporting to the CSO, the Senior Strategist will support the strategic charge for a highly recognizable automotive brand. This role requires creativity, analytical thinking, and market insight. You will collaborate with creative, account, and data teams to ensure strategies are culturally relevant and consumer-focused. Your goal? Craft innovative strategies that differentiate the brand and resonate across digital and experiential campaigns.

What You'll Do
  1. Owner Strategy: Lead the development of owner strategies to build loyalty and retention.
  2. Customer Journey Mapping: Partner with analytics teams to map consumer journeys and identify key touchpoints.
  3. CRM and 1:1: Develop and optimize membership reward programs and incentives, packaging owner benefits via direct marketing.
  4. Market & Consumer Insights: Analyze data, research trends, and extract insights to inform strategies and uncover growth opportunities.
  5. Client Collaboration: Build strong client partnerships and translate business objectives into strategies.
  6. Thought Leadership: Stay ahead of industry and cultural trends, contributing to the agency's strategic vision.
  7. Performance Measurement: Develop KPIs, monitor campaigns, and iterate strategies for measurable impact.
What We're Looking For
  • 3-5+ years of experience in owner loyalty and retention programs, agency or client-side.
  • Experience with automotive, luxury, or premium brands is highly desirable.
  • Deep understanding of consumer behavior, cultural trends, and digital ecosystems.
  • Ability to turn data and insights into compelling brand narratives.
  • Strong collaboration and interpersonal skills to influence creative ideas and build trust.
  • Excellent presentation skills with storytelling ability backed by logic and insight.
  • Familiarity with CRM, digital platforms, and multi-channel campaigns.

The salary range is $60,000-$140,000 USD, with individual compensation based on various factors. We offer a competitive benefits package. Our hybrid work model involves teams in the office about four days a week. Accommodations or flexibility needs should be discussed during the interview.
