Overview of the role:

The Sr. CRM Manager will lead the Reactivations team, a key revenue-driving area for the company. This role demands a data-driven, hands-on approach with ownership of strategy and execution in a B2B setting. The team currently generates over $50M annually, with plans to double this by 2025. The role offers autonomy, access to extensive data resources, and leadership support, working closely with Marketing, Engineering, and Analytics teams in a fast-paced remote environment.

Key responsibilities:

  1. Design and improve user experience for dormant leads across reactivation efforts.
  2. Manage campaigns and trigger flows to maximize engagement and revenue.
  3. Research and propose new channels and triggers to enhance reactivation success.
