Job summary

TSS in Georgetown, TX is seeking a Full Time Technical professional to oversee critical facility systems, ensure safety, compliance, and preventive maintenance, and coordinate with the Program Manager. The role requires travel to other sites as needed and a strong focus on reliability and efficiency.

Ideal candidates hold a Master’s License (Electrical or HVAC) or equivalent experience, 3–5 years in mission-critical infrastructure, and strong analytical, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

Qualifications

• Master's License in Electrical or HVAC preferred, or equivalent experience.
• 3–5 years' experience with mission-critical infrastructure in construction or building maintenance.
• Analytical, negotiating, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
• Fundamental knowledge of datacenter operations and safety compliance.
• Ability to read and interpret electrical one-line diagrams for troubleshooting.
• General understanding of HVAC operations, refrigeration cycle, safeties, and operating parameters.

Responsibilities

• Operate, maintain, and service critical equipment following policies and manufacturer recommendations.
• Maintain facilities at high levels of safety, security, sanitation, and efficiency.
• Provide timely reports to the Program Manager on building systems and preventive maintenance.
• Monitor inventory of tools, parts, and supplies for routine repairs and maintenance.
• Ensure compliance with applicable codes, rules, and regulations.
• Assist with preventive maintenance plans and quality control procedures.
