This full-time role supervises ACI counselors, MCR counselors, and ERE/YERE Case Managers, ensuring clinical excellence and crisis intervention services meet community needs. Ideal candidates hold a Master's in Behavioral Health, licensure as an LCSW or LPC (provisional considered), CPR certification, and a valid driver’s license.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Behavioral Health Sciences required.
• Licensure as LCSW or LPC; provisional licensure will be considered.
• CPR certification required.
• Valid Driver's License required.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical supervision of Access Crises programs in outpatient department.
• Oversee ACI counselor(s), MCR counselor(s), and ERE/YERE Case Manager(s).
• Ensure crises intervention and navigation to services with appropriate follow-up.
