Qualifications

• Master's degree in Behavioral Health required.
• Licensed Clinical Social Worker or Licensed Professional Counselor preferred.
• Provisional licensure considered.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical supervision and oversight of Access Crises programs.
• Oversee ACI counselors, MCR counselors, and ERE/YERE Case Managers.
• Ensure crises services meet clinical standards and follow-up.
• Coordinate incident reporting and performance metrics for crisis teams.
