Qualifications

• Master’s degree in behavioral health, Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or related discipline.
• Unrestricted LMHP/Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker/LMHC/LMFT license in WA.
• At least 3 years of experience in mental health or substance abuse treatment.
• Knowledge of the Washington State behavioral health system of care and resources.
• Vaccination policy requires compliance or approved exemption.

Responsibilities

• Conducts thorough psychosocial assessments in a timely, accurate manner.
• Review and sign off on assessments by licensed staff when appropriate.
• Educates individuals on treatment consents and authorizations.
• Participates in Interdisciplinary Treatment Team meetings.
• Develops and implements an individualized person-centered treatment plan.
• Gather collateral information for comprehensive treatment and discharge planning.
• Maintain ITA/E&T knowledge and participate in related processes.
• Coordinate care with facility staff and external providers.
• Document services and activities in medical records.
