Job summary

Comtech LLC in North Chesterfield, VA, seeks an analyst to perform complex criminal justice and law enforcement systems analysis. The role coordinates communications between client project leaders, system interface partners and suppliers, and assesses deliverables against requirements.

The candidate will develop QA processes, produce management reports on testing progress, risks and issues, and create artifacts such as test cases and requirements traceability matrices.

Qualifications

• 5+ years experience as criminal justice/law enforcement analyst.
• Extensive knowledge of Virginia criminal justice system and/or law enforcement.
• Extensive knowledge of computer systems; experience as a business analyst.
• Excellent English communications skills.
• Experience creating requirements artefacts and test plans.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and document communications between client project Team Leaders, System Interface Partners and Suppliers.
• Determine if Suppliers deliver systems per documented requirements.
• Conduct analysis to ensure testing aligns with the project schedule.
• Develop and distribute management reports describing progress, problems and risks of testing.
• Create test cases, requirements traceability matrix and other artifacts.
