Interclypse, Inc. in Maryland is seeking a Senior Systems Analyst to act as a computer systems expert on assignments covering automated systems from design through post-implementation evaluation, ensuring alignment with evolving legislative and program requirements.

The role focuses on establishing design criteria to accommodate changes in mission and functional needs, performing feasibility studies, and advising officials on IT forecasts. All positions are onsite at various Maryland locations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Systems Analysis, Information Systems or a related field. Master’s degree in a related field of information technology is preferred.
• Eight (8) years of computer experience in information technology systems analysis.
• Five (5) years of experience in the design of business applications on complex IT systems and broad knowledge of data sources, data flow, system interactions, and advanced systems design techniques.

Responsibilities

• The Senior Systems Analyst serves as a computer systems expert on assignments involving establishing automated systems across the life cycle from design to post-implementation evaluation.
• Design criteria must accommodate changes in legislation, mission, or functional program requirements; provide feasibility studies and IT forecasts.
