Qualifications

• Eight years of relevant experience in criminal justice, investigations, or a regulatory environment.
• Knowledge of Colorado rules and regulations related to Marijuana Enforcement.
• Ability to conduct administrative investigations in a regulated setting.

Responsibilities

• Investigate violations of marijuana and criminal laws and prepare reports.
• Testify in hearings or court as needed and coordinate with other agencies.
• Conduct inspections and compliance checks of marijuana licensees.
• Provide training and outreach to industry and public.
• Maintain proficiency with firearms and related equipment.
