Qualifications

• Three years of general clerical experience in an administrative role.

Responsibilities

• Performs front counter duties: checks in license applicants, receipts funds, answers inquiries.
• Conducts background checks and advises on licensure suitability.
• Follows up on deficiencies and processes applications after investigations are completed.
• Disseminates information to the public and stakeholders via multiple channels.
• Manages incoming mail and phone system, routing to appropriate teams.
