Responsibilities

• Serve as the technical liaison for CJSC data collection and reporting under Penal Code 13023.
• Coordinate training and onboarding for partner law enforcement agencies.
• Administer triennial audits on hate crime reporting procedures to ensure accurate identification and reporting.
• Provide policy guidance and technical expertise to department staff to ensure data accuracy.
