Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in business-related field required.
• 7–9 years of credit experience required.
• Good accounting skills.
• Knowledge of banking regulations and credit processes.

Responsibilities

• Determine risk ratings (IRR, BRR) and hold limits.
• Prepare financial spreads and underwrite the credit request.
• Assemble and deliver approval packages to Credit Officers.
• Conduct portfolio reviews and covenant compliance.
• Collaborate with Relationship Managers to structure credits.
