Qualifications

• Strong financial analysis, accounting skills, and deal structuring for complex borrowers.
• 10+ years of commercial and/or private wealth management credit experience.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills.
• Proficiency with Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
• Excellent interpersonal skills for cross-team collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate credit worthiness and provide analysis and decisioning for credit facilities.
• Collaborate with Credit Officers, Relationship Management, and Risk teams.
• Monitor operating performance and identify issues and opportunities.
• Deliver financial modeling, loan structure, and industry/economic analysis.
• Ensure adherence to credit policies and regulatory requirements.
• Mentor and develop junior underwriters.
