Job summary

The Securities Valuation Office (SVO) of the National Association of Insurance Commissioners (NAIC) has an exciting opportunity for a Supervisor, SVO. This team member will lead and manage a team of credit analysts, supervising their overall workloads, performance, productivity, and analytic quality along with reviewing and approving analyst work, as well as performing their own analysis.

This is a full-time hybrid position with residency within 100 miles of the New York, New York office.

Qualifications

• Master's degree or MBA with Finance focus and/or CFA.
• 15+ years experience with at least 10+ years in fundamental credit analysis.
• Prior supervisory experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage a team of credit analysts and assign responsibilities.
• Review and approve analytic work; provide mentoring and training.
• Perform credit and pricing analyses; prepare reports for the credit committee.
• Present findings to the Senior Credit Committee and regulators.
• Travel as required to member meetings and events across the U.S.
