Job summary

CliftonLarsonAllen LLP is seeking a Senior Associate to join our Credit Risk (Financial Services Industry) team. The role includes loan review tasks, preparing borrower financial statements, and coordinating fieldwork with frequent travel to client sites.

This position also involves supporting credit review reports and client engagement while contributing to business development in the credit management area.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree is required. Combination of relevant experience, education, and training may be accepted in lieu of degree.
• Degree in accounting, finance, or related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Managing tasks specific to the loan review or other engagement as directed by the lead loan reviewer or other CLA credit risk team members.
• Preparing and analyzing borrower financial statements for inclusion in the loan review process.
• Coordinating the timely completion of fieldwork.
• Reviewing and/or assisting in the preparation of credit review reports.
• Providing ongoing technical assistance support to clients.
• Assisting in the completion of other engagements/special projects or duties as assigned.
• Providing administrative support to the credit risk services line, as needed.
• Assisting in the firm's business development and strategic activities in the credit management area.
• Assisting in establishing and maintaining relationships with key bank executives and directors.
• Working with CLA team members and clients to address credit review issues that may arise.
• Keeping abreast of the latest banking industry, accounting and credit review developments through ongoing formal and self-education
