Dexis is seeking a Senior Credit Risk Analyst to perform complex credit risk assessment and transaction structuring for US government projects across sectors such as energy, healthcare, and infrastructure. The role involves gathering due diligence, preparing credit papers, policy development, and presenting to committees, with travel as needed.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor’s degree with 3–6 years of relevant experience, and the ability to obtain a Public Trust Clearance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 3–6 years of related experience.
• Ability to obtain a Public Trust Clearance.
• Engage in complex credit risk assessment and transaction structuring.
• Experience in credit review, analysis and processing.
• Experience structuring guarantees and transactions aligned with development priorities.
• Experience evaluating financial markets and opportunities in targeted regions.
• Experience presenting screening memos and investment proposals.
• Proven training experience for Investment Officers on credit risk and methods.

Responsabilités

• Gather and review due diligence documents from clients and provide feedback.
• Conduct credit and borrower analysis to prepare credit paper drafts.
• Collaborate with government Investment Officers to prepare credit policy.
• Defend policy at credit, investment, and board meetings if applicable.
• Assist or lead in preparing financing approval papers with proper data formatting.
• Travel to support transactions as necessary.
• Conduct country and sector-specific research.
• Summarize economic and political environments of proposed project countries.
• Summarize industrial sectors relevant to proposed projects.
• Prepare Market Assessments and Country Due Diligence briefing materials.
