Qualifications

• At least 2 years of professional experience performing analysis.
• Bachelor's Degree in a quantitative field or Master's Degree with a quantitative focus (or MBA with quantitative concentration).

Responsibilities

• Analysis: Identify business challenges and opportunities and solve for them using analysis to make strategic or tactical recommendations.
• Product: Perform modeling/analytics to assist new product and pricing strategies for various lending products.
• Marketing: Support direct-to-consumer marketing efforts for select products and inform go-to-market strategies.
• Credit Risk: Support improvements in credit performance by linking drivers of future consumer credit trends to historical behavior and building risk models.
• Execution: Develop hypotheses, test analyses, implement solutions, and monitor outcomes.
• Partnership: Collaborate with IT, Sales, Operations, Finance and others to drive quality, volume, service, and profitability.
