Job summary

Qualifications

At least 2 years of professional experience performing analysis.
Bachelor's or Master’s degree in a quantitative field (or MBA with quantitative focus) or pursuing one with start date.
Candidates must obtain the required degree on or before the scheduled start date.

Responsibilities

Analyze business challenges and opportunities to inform strategic or tactical recommendations.
Perform modeling/analytics to support new product and pricing strategies for lending products.
Support marketing efforts with targeted insights for customer experiences and go-to-market strategies.
Develop risk models and test hypotheses using rigorous monitoring and analysis to improve credit performance.
Collaborate with IT, Sales, Operations and Finance to drive improvements in quality, volume, service and profitability.
Communicate findings clearly to senior leaders to influence decision making and strategy.
