Job summary

EXL Analytics seeks a Credit Risk Practice Lead to guide onshore consulting and delivery teams in banking/fintech digital lending. You will own senior client relationships, shape AI-led solutions, and oversee end-to-end delivery across credit risk, fraud, collections, and modeling.

Responsibilities include mentoring the onshore team, engaging with C-level executives, driving governance and quality, and expanding engagements across strategic accounts with global delivery.

Qualifications

• Strong business knowledge of consumer lending lifecycle and credit risk analytics.
• Proven experience leading onshore delivery teams and multiple client accounts.
• Track record in managing senior client relationships, including executives.
• Experience with AI/ML/GenAI solutioning is a strong plus.
• Hiring and building high-performing onshore teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead onshore consulting and delivery across credit risk, fraud, collections, and modeling workstreams.
• Mentor and develop a team of onshore consultants and managers.
• Serve as senior client contact for accounts, with C-level engagement.
• Drive end-to-end delivery, scope, staffing, and quality.
• Own hiring and growth of the onshore team; recruit and onboard.
