• Ability to manage complex portfolios and lead negotiations with multiple stakeholders.
• Experience in risk management and restructuring strategies.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of highly complex distressed commercial credits through all resolution stages.
• Develop and execute credit resolution strategies to maximize recoveries and minimize losses.
• Lead negotiations including restructurings, repayment plans, settlements, and collateral dispositions.
• Present strategy recommendations and portfolio updates to senior leadership and risk partners.
• Coordinate with borrowers, sponsors, attorneys, lenders, and internal stakeholders to protect the bank's interests.
