Responsibilities

• Manages credit product risk and profitability for a large portfolio of credit clients.

• Reviews structuring of transactions and advises clients on financing strategies.
• Analyzes and negotiates loan terms (pricing, rates) within policy.
• Prepares documentation for financing agreements.
• Monitors and evaluates the creditworthiness of clients and prospects.
• Prepares and presents credit risk to Loan and Credit Policy Committees.
• Travels to client locations as required.
• Provides training to less experienced employees.
