Aramark is seeking a Unit Controller for Patriots Point Naval & Maritime Museum in Mount Pleasant, SC. You will support the Accounting department with forecasting, budgeting, labor and inventory controls, and AR analytics for the assigned unit.

The role emphasizes credit control, monthly balancing, and collaboration with other departments. Strong Excel skills and Oracle familiarity are required, with a focus on accuracy and process adherence.

Competenze

• 3–5 years’ experience in service industry with a system-driven credit-control approach.
• Excellent Excel knowledge is essential.
• Experience with Oracle systems is advantageous.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills are required.

Mansioni

• Carry out daily credit control procedures to minimize overdue debts.
• Supervise customer accounts to ensure credit policies are followed.
• Meet targets outlined in the Company Plan.
• Process and resolve daily customer account queries and statements.
• Collaborate with departments on credit control activities.
• Post and allocate receipts accurately and timely.
• Month-end balancing of all accounts.
• Maintain files and documentation to a high standard.
• Prepare debt analyses and report issues to AR Manager.
