Wurth Louis and Company in Grand Prairie, TX seeks a Senior Credit Collections Analyst to manage a broad range of credit and collection activities. You will handle credit files, process applications, and expedite overdue payments while maintaining credit standards and meeting DSO goals.

The role requires strong Excel skills, effective communication, and teamwork with sales and warehouse staff. On-site position with full-time hours from 10:00 to 19:00.

• Proficient in MS Excel, Word, Outlook
• Excellent communication, organization, and customer service skills required.
• Ability to interact with customers, sales and warehouse staff

Mansioni

• Review orders on credit hold for release.
• Follow credit and collection procedures to minimize delinquency and meet department goals.
• Contact customers to collect past due invoices via phone, email and letters.
• Document status of collections in SAP.
• Manage accounts receivable portfolio and resolve delinquencies.
• Recommend credit limits and adjustments for new and existing accounts.
• Set up new customer accounts in SAP and maintain credit files.
• Respond to inquiries about customer accounts and payments.
• Process customer credit card payments and ensure proper application of payments.
• Provide guidance to AR to ensure accurate application of funds.
• Monitor COD accounts with monthly reports for branches.
• Process NSF checks and chargebacks and re-submit for bank collection.
• Train new credit analysts and team members.
