The successful candidate will have 10+ years of commercial banking experience, strong communication abilities, and a BA/BS degree. This role offers a competitive salary between $125,000 and $200,000 annually, eligibility for discretionary incentives, and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of solid Commercial Banking experience.
• Experience in financial analysis, structuring, underwriting and portfolio management.
• Analytical/technical skills, including financial accounting, modeling and loan structuring.
• Strong communication skills; ability to communicate vertically, horizontally, and externally.
• Industry knowledge across multiple sectors.

Responsibilities

• Collaborates with Client Management teams to perform analysis of credit opportunities and prospects.
• Manages client and prospect originations including initial credit structuring.
• Delivers on data accuracy and quality of underwriting metrics.
• Monitors assigned portfolios of client loan maturities.
• Escalates and debates deteriorating assets with the Special Assets Group.
• Participates in Regional and Market meetings for credit best practices.
