Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Business or Finance or 10+ years of banking experience or equivalent
• Supervisory/management experience required
• Ability to read, analyze, and interpret financial reports and legal documents

Responsibilities

• Supervise and mentor a group of credit analysts and oversee day-to-day activities
• Input financial data into software and generate financial spreadsheets
• Analyze findings and prepare written reports for loan officers and management
• Underwrite complex borrower relationships and review loan approvals
• Maintain understanding of loan policy and regulatory requirements
• Provide ongoing training and develop the analyst team
• Coordinate with loan officers and implement new software for commercial lending
• Perform portfolio management and identify trends to inform decisions
