Job summary

Benjamin Moore & Co. is seeking a Credit Analyst to act as a liaison between customers, Credit Manager, and Cash Apps. The role requires advanced Excel skills for weekly cross-functional reporting and reconciliation of customer accounts.

You will collaborate with IT on testing and training for new projects. Ideal candidates have 5+ years in credit or related fields, a business-related degree, and experience with SAP/OnBase.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in credit, collections, or related fields.
• Bachelor's degree in Business or related field.
• Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUP).
• Experience with SAP and OnBase.
• Strong communication and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Perform complex reconciliations and research exceptions.
• Counsel customers on statements, invoices, credits and payments.
• Collect resale certificates and manage ACE & DIB order releases.
• Create and distribute month-end reports and assist IT projects.
• Weekly reconciliations and cross-functional collaboration with IT.
• Maintain day-to-day team coverage and vacation planning.
