Job summary

Beacon Hill is seeking a Cash Analyst for our Dallas area cash accounting team. The role focuses on daily banking activity, reconciliation, and reporting to support internal teams.

Candidates should have experience with large ERP systems (SAP, Salesforce) and strong Excel skills (pivot tables, vlookups, XLOOKUP). A Bachelor's degree is preferred. Beacon Hill is an equal opportunity employer. The position also supports process improvements and SOX compliance initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree is preferred.
• Experience with large ERP systems (SAP, Salesforce, etc.).
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, vlookups, xlookups, etc.).

Responsibilities

• Review daily banking activity and reconcile transactions across assigned accounts
• Match EFT drafts and cash activity to vendor remittances and supporting documentation
• Research and resolve discrepancies between bank records and account details
• Analyze transactions and provide reporting support to internal teams
• Assist with process improvement initiatives, cross-functional accounting support, and SOX compliance activities
