Job summary

Responsibilities

• Assist in the preparation of detailed high-quality credit submissions for clients in the Financial Institutions sector.
• Research and analyze clients’ financial situations, industry and market data.
• Construct and sensitize detailed financial models that evaluate credit metrics and covenants.
• Compile data through due diligence and prepare comprehensive credit reviews.
• Assist with deal negotiations and documentation.
• Interact with clients and credit adjudicators.
