Millennium Broadband Solutions in Wisconsin seeks a Senior Credit Analyst to assess credit risk, review customer applications in NetSuite, and manage cash processing with precise documentation.

You will analyze D&B reports and financial statements, adjust credit lines, and lead delinquency reduction through targeted collections, reporting to the Credit Manager. Strong collaboration and detail orientation are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field preferred.
• Five or more years of experience in a credit role.
• Clear and effective communication and collaboration with stakeholders.
• Strong analytical skills for financial statements and ratio analysis.
• Attention to detail and ability to resolve complex issues.

Responsibilities

• Review new customer credit applications in NetSuite within 24 hours of receipt.
• Maintain automated credit application form and review quarterly updates with IT.
• Track weekly credit applications processed and report to the Credit Manager.
• Conduct weekly reviews of balances and unbilled orders for credit line adjustments.
• Execute collections calls and emails to reduce delinquency and resolve disputes.
• Generate and distribute monthly aging reports to the Geospatial team.
