Job summary

Millennium in Wisconsin is seeking a Senior Credit Analyst to evaluate new credit applications, manage credit lines, and support collections. You will work with NetSuite to set up accounts, review D&B reports, and monitor credit risk across existing customers.

You will also contribute to monthly cash application, reporting, and credit reviews while maintaining accuracy in data and documentation. A strong focus on reducing delinquency and protecting assets is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field preferred.
• Five+ years of experience in a credit role.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills to present findings and recommendations.

Responsibilities

• Review new customer credit applications and determine creditworthiness.
• Manage credit lines and review held orders for release and shipment.
• Conduct weekly reviews of customer balances and unbilled orders for credit adjustments.
• Support collections to reduce delinquency and minimize losses.
