Addison Group in Golden Valley, MN is seeking an experienced Senior Credit Analyst to join a collaborative accounting team. The role focuses on accounts receivable, credit analysis, and lien waivers, supporting customers and internal teams.

The position requires attention to detail, strong judgment, and clear written communication. Hybrid schedule with weekly onsite presence is required, and compensation ranges from $75,000 to $90,000 per year, commensurate with experience.

Formación

• Experience in accounts receivable, credit analysis and customer account management.
• Experience with lien waivers is highly preferred.
• Familiarity with contracts, construction-related documentation, or lien waiver language is a plus.
• Strong written communication and attention to detail.

Responsabilidades

• Perform credit reviews to evaluate customer creditworthiness and determine appropriate credit limits.
• Review orders against credit limits and history to assess risk and determine next steps.
• Manage and maintain customer accounts in internal systems; setup new customers and updates.
• Collaborate with internal teams on collections strategies and credit concerns.
• Communicate via email with customers, agents, and stakeholders to resolve questions.
• Assist with setup and maintenance of contracts and related documentation.
• Review lien waivers for accuracy and appropriate language; revise as needed.
• Ensure information is complete and accurate across orders and documentation.
• Maintain organized records of credit decisions and correspondence.
• Coordinate across departments to resolve discrepancies and ensure timely order processing.
