Job summary

Isi-Design-and-Installation-Solutions,-Inc. seeks a Senior Credit Analyst to evaluate credit applications and manage relationships for timely collections.

You will underwrite credit, analyze financial data, maintain customer communications, and monitor past-due accounts while supporting the Credit & Collections team. You will mentor junior analysts and contribute to risk assessment and compliance efforts, ensuring accurate statements and efficient delinquency resolution across a growing customer

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience as a Credit Analyst or in a similar financial analysis role.
• Strong knowledge of financial analysis techniques, credit risk assessment, and credit underwriting principles.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.

Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough credit underwriting for new and existing customers by evaluating credit information from banks, trade creditors, and credit reports.
• Analyze financial data and creditworthiness to support informed credit decisions.
• Maintain regular contact with customers to ensure accounts receivable remains current.
• Address past-due amounts promptly and resolve inquiries in a timely manner.
• Monitor lien rights and provide reporting on past-due amounts with expiring lien rights.

This role communicates regularly with the business and customers to ensure accurate account statements and timely collections of amounts due to the Company. Additionally, the Senior Credit Analyst works with less experienced Credit Analysts to ensure positive performance for the Credit and Collections team.Essential FunctionsCredit Risk Assessment & UnderwritingConduct thorough credit underwriting for new and existing customers by evaluating credit information from banks, trade creditors, and credit reports to ensure appropriate credit limits.Analyze financial data and creditworthiness to support informed credit decisions.Collections & Account ManagementMaintain regular contact with customers to ensure accounts receivable remains current.Address any past-due amounts promptly, working with customers to achieve quick resolution.Process, follow up, and resolve inbound collection and customer service telephone inquiries in a timely manner.Maintain comprehensive tracking and documentation of all customer interactions.Delinquency Resolution & EscalationAct decisively by making timely recommendations to the Manager of Credit & Collections.Propose efficient and effective corrective actions to resolve delinquency, bring accounts up to date, or take necessary steps to ensure satisfactory resolution.Lien Rights & ComplianceMonitor lien rights and provide necessary reporting to the business regarding past-due amounts with expiring lien rights.Process lien releases as needed to maintain compliance.Collaboration & Relationship ManagementWork in a team-oriented environment that requires communicating positively and professionally with fellow employees, customers, and vendors.Establish and maintain positive working relationships.Support and mentor less experienced Credit Analysts to drive team performance.Education & ExperienceRequired5+ years of experience as a Credit Analyst or in a similar financial analysis role.Strong knowledge of financial analysis techniques, credit risk assessment, and credit underwriting principles.PreferredBachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.Skills & CompetenciesFinancial & Analytical ExpertiseFamiliarity with credit bureau reports and credit scoring models.Proficiency in using financial analysis software and tools.Excellent analytical skills with a keen attention to detail.Communication & Relationship ManagementStrong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex financial information in a clear and concise manner.Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.Compliance & Business AcumenKnowledge of relevant financial regulations and compliance requirements.Sound judgment and decision-making capabilities related to credit risk.If you like working with a growing close knit team and helping home owners design the home of their dreams, come build your career with us!All qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, individual with disabilities, veteran status, gender identity or national origin.
