HealthPoint Family Care is seeking a Lead Provider Credentialing & Enrollment Specialist on a hybrid schedule in Kentucky. The role requires at least 2 years of provider credentialing and payer enrollment experience, with focus on efficient enrollment processes and payer relations.

Bachelor degree is required. Eligible candidates will enjoy a base salary of $67,000 per year with bonus potential, a retention incentive program, tuition reimbursement, and generous PTO and holidays.
