The candidate will manage education verifications, certifications, and regulatory standards, driving process improvements and cross-functional collaboration within a 100% on-site environment in Irving, TX.

Qualifications

  • Deep understanding of credentialing standards and regulatory/accrediting agency requirements.
  • Ability to manage complex verification processes including clinical practice and certification records.
  • Proven capability to advise administration and lead departmental initiatives.

  • Departmental Oversight: Take responsibility for the credentialing department, ensuring all functions operate seamlessly and efficiently.
  • Verification Excellence: Lead the rigorous verification process for education, training, certifications, and clinical practice credentials.
  • Regulatory Guardian: Ensure total compliance with all regulatory and accrediting agencies by interpreting complex standards and implementing necessary updates.
  • Strategic Liaison: Serve as the primary point of contact between administration and staff on matters regarding medical staff credentialing.
