Job summary

Billion Dollar Boy is seeking an experienced strategist to lead creator-led advertising and craft compelling briefs that translate human truths into winning concepts. You will guide the content strategy, shape messaging, and build influential client relationships across our US team.

You will analyze social and cultural landscapes, identify audiences, and define platform behaviors to unlock growth for clients.

Qualifications

• Proven expertise in writing inspiring, clear creative briefs that set direction and leverage human insights within the creator space.
• An effective body of work showing ability to inspire, challenge and spark creative leaps.
• Building excellent client relationships with awareness of macro trends, innovations and new business models.
• A proven and dynamic creative problem-solver; able to bring a fresh perspective by connecting the dots in unexpected ways.
• Collaborative, yet independent and proactive - comfortable with sharing thoughts and opinions to build on ideas.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Devise the content strategy on Responses to Briefs that shift the needle of what creator-led advertising can achieve for our clients
• Articulate the human truths with a creator lens upon which a creative concept can be built in a new way the client hasn’t heard before
• Write inspiring creative briefs setting out clear direction and ways to win in the creator space that leverage these truths
• Conduct social landscape and cultural analysis to identify how people are behaving and why
• Define and articulate a meaningful target audience and uncover their platform behaviours, attitudes and nuances
• Produce a clear messaging recommendation including a content plan based on what we need to say to who and when
• Set out guidance on phasing across the duration of social activations, including flighting recommendations (eg. burst vs always on)
• Hypothesise what type of content will deliver against the client objective and ensure testing of this is baked into the measurement approach
• Set out a clear measurement framework including the KPIs that indicate whether the activation has been successful
