Job summary

Billion Dollar Boy is seeking a senior creative problem solver who lives for connecting brands to consumers through influencers and creators. You’ll shape big ideas for complex briefs, inspire the team, and mentor junior creatives while delivering standout work across culture-first campaigns.

You’ll translate a pulse on social content, discover emerging creators, and guide ideas from briefing through production with autonomy. You’ll champion creativity and push for better, not just best practice.

Qualifications

• 6 years of creative experience across brand social, creator channels and beyond.
• Proven background as an Art Director, Copywriter, or Creative Strategist with a portfolio.
• Culture-focused ideation; consistently developing scroll-stopping, culture-first ideas.
• Experience leading multiple brands, audiences, and markets with autonomy.
• Able to navigate the full creative process from briefing to final delivery; strong storytelling.
• Proficiency in Adobe Suite and AI tools; knowledge of social/digital channels including niche platforms.

Responsibilities

• Develop ideas for brands across social, creator channels and beyond.
• Mentor junior creatives and guide design teams; provide clear goals and feedback.
• Frame and present ideas with narrative, references, and compelling visuals (Google Slides).
• Collaborate with Strategists, Producers and Project Managers in a fast-paced agency setting.
• Build creative relationships with key clients and advocate for bold, effective work.
