Job summary

ShopMy is seeking a Senior Product Builder to enhance the Creator experience. As the second Product Builder, you will work closely with the VP of Product to shape the future of creator tooling and monetization.

You will own surfaces from onboarding to earnings dashboards, delivering concrete, shippable ideas that creators rely on daily to grow their audiences and revenue.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of product management experience shipping consumer-facing or creator products.
• Ability to turn ambiguous signals into concrete product ideas.
• Strong design sense and ability to sketch flows without waiting for a designer.
• Technical fluency to discuss APIs and data models with engineers.
• Deep empathy for creators and the creator economy.

Responsibilities

• Own key surfaces of the creator-facing product, such as onboarding, storefronts, and earnings dashboards.
• Diagnose problems from creator feedback, data, and market signals.
• Shape solutions with clear flows, rough wireframes, and proposals for engineering and design.
• Ship features into production and monitor real-world behavior.
• Partner with Engineering, Design, UXR, and Data to move signals to shipped product.
• Define and own metrics reflecting creator value: engagement, earnings, retention.
• Conduct creator research to build empathy for needs and workflows.
• Balance major roadmap bets with iterative improvements.
