Agentio is an AI-native ad platform that helps marketers scale creator-led campaigns with real-time content understanding, automated sourcing, pricing, contracting, and measurement. We enable brands like Uber, DoorDash, and Bombas to run creator campaigns with the same rigor as traditional channels.

We are seeking a mid-market sales specialist who will own the full sales cycle, onboard advertisers, and build strong relationships with brands and agencies.

Qualifications

• 4–8+ years of digital ad sales experience, ideally in a startup environment.
• Working understanding of digital advertising, YouTube AdSense, and creator ad integrations.
• Experience selling to media buyers and performance marketers at mid-market companies and agencies.
• Proven track record of exceeding sales targets (President's Club, promotions, etc).
• Proven ability to own sales cycles end-to-end.
• Genuine passion for the influencer/creator space, specifically YouTube.
• Ability to engage senior stakeholders at brands and agencies.
• Nimble, hungry, humble, and adaptive to change.

Responsabilités

• Generate new revenue by onboarding mid-market advertisers onto the Agentio ad platform as an individual contributor.
• Own the full sales funnel and customer journey from prospecting to closing.
• Educate prospective customers on the efficiency and performance of YouTube and creator-led content.
• Build and grow relationships with data-driven brand partners.
• Be a prospecting wizard, scheduling 15+ outbound meetings per week.
• Execute sales plans to exceed ambitious targets and contribute to brand sales playbooks.
• Collaborate with creator partnerships to optimize creator-brand fit.
• Analyze campaign performance and suggest improvements.
• Deliver concise pitches in executive rooms to demonstrate Agentio value.
• Maintain organized pipelines with CRM updates.
